Geranium Street Floral custom built and installed several faux boxwood hedge panels into a Palm Springs apartment building, creating a hip, art deco look to the building. The custom designed hedge panels were placed in the courtyard to act as a privacy barrier between apartments, and for their decorative value. They were also placed as privacy barriers between apartments on the balcony.

The result was striking to say the least. The owners of the building will likely be able to fetch higher rents in the future as the building looks modern, hip, and art deco. This look will likely also attract upscale quality tenants that want to feel good about where they live. The green artificial hedge walls add some color and look fantastic against the stark desert backdrop of Palm Springs.

The faux boxwood hedge panels also act as a much needed privacy barrier. The residents in the building felt like they add no privacy as the front windows in the court yard faced the neighbors across the way. The custom designed hedge panels break up the view and look attractive at the same time. Residents are inviting their friends over just to see the faux boxwood hedges.

Faux boxwood hedge panels were also used as privacy dividers on the second story balcony of the building. This brought much needed relief to the residents, as they were finally able to sit on their balconies without having their neighbors looking right at them. The older, motel styled building now looks like something hip, something art deco, and cool.

Geranium Street Floral can build and custom design faux boxwood hedge panels of almost any size, for any commercial building or residence. They have some of their custom hedge panels up at the Sovoie Restaurant in Chula Vista, at the brand new Grand Hotel in downtown Las Vegas, and at many commercial buildings throughout San Diego.
